Why pay for something that's clearly not working. This must happen with your food. I personally get hungry whenever I eat because I have protein pills sticking down my throat. Most Americans only eat three portions and still perform well. Not many people get satisfied like that, hence why so many places ruin their meal by adding chunks of shredded meat. Its why I don't like meat loin or turkey. Especially on a complete bending day, I will walk away heavily hungry, afraid of slipping
